All other countries are calculated by size, weight, and location.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business day.

Shipping information is sent out automatically, please make sure we have your correct contact information. 

We do not have any control or guarantees over delays or shipping times from our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, etc.).

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Lusso Sapone is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Returns & Exchanges

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back to us within: 15 days of delivery

Request a cancellation prior to shipping. Personalized orders may not be able to be cancelled.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Used products

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
